Renovation | Beverly Farms, MA
Red Hammer Builders collaborated with Red Barn Architecture to complete this whole house gut renovation. This century old home was ready to be transformed into a more modern family residence whilst restoring historic architectural details. Nearly one hundred windows were replaced including the installation of a custom panorama window in the new living room enhancing the serene ocean landscape that lay a few hundred yards away.
A new formal entry features as a porte cochere with detailing that both honors the original home’s Greek Revival style as well as its oceanfront location, reminiscent of the fine brightwork found on wooden boats.
